Refund policy

Coffee N’ U SG is not responsible and will not be liable for any exchange of goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use.

Coffee N’ U SG reserves the rights to reject any exchange requests for items.

For avoidance of doubt, working days include Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.

Consumable products, such as food items, whole bean coffee, drip bag coffee, cookies are not eligible for return or refund, whether opened or unopened due to food hygiene.

If you received a package with damaged or incorrect item(s), please email to coffeenusg@gmail.com . 

All defects or wrong items must be reported within three (3) days from receiving the package. 

To submit a return request, please email to coffeenusg@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Receipt/Order ID
  • Purchase Date
  • Store/Outlet/Online
  • Brand/Product
  • Photo

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return request. Once your request has been approved, all items must be returned in its original packaging within the next seven (7) days.

We only accept merchandise for returns if it is damaged during delivery or mechanical parts such as kettle if it is faulty before used.

Merchandise is defined as, but not limited to, Accessories, Apparel, Brew Tools and Kettles (ie. non-consumable products).

Some of our merchandise products are handmade and hand-glazed, so there may be slight variations in color and finish on these products, and variations in the finish do not qualify for complimentary refunds/returns.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with all packaging materials intact.
  • Eligible merchandise includes, accessories, brew tools, jugs, cups, coaster and kettles, etc.  
  • To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused, unbroken and in sell-able condition, with all packaging intact, instructions included, and packaged the same as they were received. Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return postage/courier to be borne by customer/purchaser.
