Can I cancel my order?

We will not be able to cancel and refund your orders once it is place. Please contact us if you wish to change or replace your order with another flavour.

How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?

Please allow at least 3 working days for your order to be processed. You should receive your coffee within 5 working days thereafter. If you don't receive your coffee within 7 working days, please contact us at sales@coffeenusg.com.

How should I store my coffee?

Your coffee is specially packed to preserve its freshness. For our coffee drip bags, we recommend to consume once it is opened. For the coffee beans, you may wish to transfer them to an airtight container for storage. To maintain freshness of your beans, keep it in a cool, dark, dry place and away from direct sunlight. It's best not to keep your beans in the fridge as it can take up moisture.
